28 Aprl 2025, Mrs. Jihan Brifki, Development Director of the ARJAA Institute, visited the UNICEF office to discuss the urgent impacts of climate change on the Kurdistan region. The meeting focused on how climate change is affecting local communities, ecosystems, and livelihoods, and emphasized the need for joint action.

Both sides explored potential areas of collaboration, including sustainability projects, educational initiatives, and strengthening community resilience.
