Under the auspices of the Ministry of Peshmerga Affairs, and in collaboration with the Raha Organization for Development and Social Culture, a distinguished conference entitled “Security, Awareness, and National Belonging” was convened in Erbil. The event brought together an elite group of academics, intellectuals, and writers, reflecting a shared commitment to fostering national consciousness and strengthening the foundations of societal security across the Kurdistan Region.

Renowned scholars and thinkers — Prof. Abdulrahman Sadiq, Mr. Zerak Kamal, and Mr. Abubakr Karwani — delivered insightful and thought-provoking lectures addressing the significance of cultivating national belonging and the pivotal role of cultural and intellectual awareness in preserving stability and reinforcing unity.

On this occasion, we, at the Arjaa American Institute for Environmental Research and Sustainable Development, extend our profound appreciation and sincere gratitude to the Ministry of Peshmerga Affairs and the Raha Organization for their exemplary efforts in organizing this meaningful conference.
