"Dr. Serwan A. Ismail Hosts Delegation from Kurdistan Region for Diplomatic Discussions under IVLP Program

During our visit to the Iraqi Parliament, accompanied by Mr. Azad Hamid Al-Shafi, head of the party’s fifth branch in Baghdad, we had a productive meeting with the Speaker of Parliament, Mr. Mohsen Mandalawi, the Deputy Speaker, Dr. Shakhwan Abdullah, and the Secretary-General, along with several bloc leaders, members of parliament, and staff of the General Secretariat. The meetings were characterized by warmth and positivity, resulting in constructive discussions aimed at achieving shared goals and strengthening parliamentary cooperation.
