President of Arjaa Institute Conducts Strategic Field Visit to Nineveh Province and Engages in High-Level Parliamentary Discussions on Environmental, Health, and Educational Reform
In alignment with the Arjaa Institute’s mission to advance sustainable development and strengthen key public service sectors in Iraq, Dr. Serwan Abdullah Ismail, President of the Arjaa International Institute for Environmental Research, Sustainable Development, and Renewable Energy, undertook a strategic field visit to Nineveh Province.
During his visit, Dr. Ismail convened a series of high-level meetings with distinguished members of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, including MP Tu’ma Lahibi, a prominent member of the Parliamentary Committee on Education, and MP Miqdad, Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Health Committee. The discussions centered on critical national priorities, including the enhancement of environmental stewardship, the improvement of healthcare infrastructure, and the modernization of educational services in Nineveh, with a vision to extend such advancements across Iraq.
Dr. Ismail underscored the imperative of fostering cohesive collaboration between research institutions and legislative entities to formulate evidence-based national policies and cultivate strategic partnerships. Such synergies are vital to driving Iraq’s development agenda and ensuring a sustainable and prosperous future for all its citizens.
